Why Mpservices is better than other custom software?

Is the mobile app easy for my technicians to use?

The mobile application is designed for those who value simplicity. Technicians do not require any training. 

The application is downloaded from Google Play or Appstore and entered with the username and password that is previously created.

Can I connect other systems such as a CRM, ERP or accounting software with Mpservices?

Yes. Mpservices can be integrated with any available Zappier web application. 

Does the mobile app still work in places without an internet connection?

The Mpservices mobile app works even offline, data is stored on the device and automatically synchronized as soon as the network is available.

Data exchange is optimized to work with low-speed connections and it is not necessary to have 4G coverage.

Subscriptions

Is it possible to make payments through transfer?

Yes, payments by transfer are accepted in Mexico, Chile, Colombia and the USA. If you wish to make a payment using this method, please send an email to [email protected] to request the bank transfer payment option.

Can I receive the bill locally for my subscription?

We offer local billing in Mexico, Chile, Colombia and the USA.

For billing in Mexico: Enter your subscription portal (Manage your subscription) and update your billing information. Once payment is made, you will automatically receive your invoice.

How can I add users to my subscription?

You can make changes to your subscription at any time by accessing the “Manage your subscription” section.

What happens if my subscription payment is not made?

We will make up to three attempts to collect payment. If after these attempts we are unable to complete the transaction, your subscription will automatically be changed to the FREE version, with a limit of 3 active users. Other users will remain inactive until the corresponding payment is made.

How much does Mpservices cost? Do you have a free version?
